Quality Functional Analysis

This project will review the National Occupational Standards for specific job roles and functions associated with quality within food and drink operations, particularly in the areas of developing and maintaining quality systems, maintaining and auditing systems. 

Key Purpose of those working in this area:  to develop, implement, maintain and improve systems to ensure product quality and integrity and legality in food and drink operations.
