check progress on required materials to ensure suppliers can meet delivery deadlines
identify the availability of readymade set dressings, and arrange for their acquisition and delivery to meet production deadlines
check and confirm materials received against the agreed specifications
suggest alternatives to decision makers when it is not possible to meet the requirements within budgets and deadlines,
